Andrew Elliott

Development Director

Over 20 years in the social housing sector specialising in supported housing. Having developed a multitude of supported housing schemes the length and breadth of England Andrew has also provided consultancy services to the sector covering the full spectrum of setting up, registering and running Registered Providers of Social Housing and, for a period of 10 years, was CEO of a Registered Housing Provider he co-founded.

Jason Handley

Property Director

Jason has a sharp eye for property. He started working within the construction industry back in 2005, developing his skill-set across large commercial city centre apartment schemes to smaller, new build housing estates.

2015 was the year he entered the residential property investment/development arena. Since 2017 he has solely worked within the supported living sector, developing bespoke schemes across the North West and beyond for vulnerable individuals, creating homes for life.

Neil Larkin

Acquisition Director

Neil started his professional career as a civil engineer working on large building and civil engineering projects. After the finical crisis of 2008 he set up his own property development company buying distressed high yielding blocks of flats to rent out. The last 5 years he has focused on the supported living sector, developing blocks of self-contained flats across the north west. Since entering the Supported Living sector he has developed quality bespoke homes for those with long term mental health conditions, learning difficulties, autism, homelessness, survivors of domestic abuse and veterans.

Jack Laurner

Partnership Director

In 2006 Jack became the first ever "Relationship" manager for Partnerships in Care - A Mental Health & Learning Disability provider. Jack’s helped introduce 4 new specialist hospitals to commissioners. In 2010 he was given the opportunity to develop a Low Secure Forensic Hospital in Battersea. He worked with the care provider in mind and this service was given the green light by commissioners and provides a second chance for many. Jack has also provided consultancy services within the sector, helping individuals find the appropriate care and developing services across the South of England.
