Meet the team
Working with Care Providers, Registered Providers, Charities and CIC’s to procure, develop and deliver social impact real estate that is built on our three pillars of development – Quality, Suitability and Sustainability.
Jason has a sharp eye for property. He started working within the construction industry back in 2005, developing his skill-set across large commercial city centre apartment schemes to smaller, new build housing estates.
2015 was the year he entered the residential property investment/development arena. Since 2017 he has solely worked within the supported living sector, developing bespoke schemes across the North West and beyond for vulnerable individuals, creating homes for life.
Neil started his professional career as a civil engineer working on large building and civil engineering projects. After the finical crisis of 2008 he set up his own property development company buying distressed high yielding blocks of flats to rent out. The last 5 years he has focused on the supported living sector, developing blocks of self-contained flats across the north west. Since entering the Supported Living sector he has developed quality bespoke homes for those with long term mental health conditions, learning difficulties, autism, homelessness, survivors of domestic abuse and veterans.
