We are demand-driven, focusing on the impact we have on our partners, providers and people, ensuring that all of our developments are delivered based on locally identified needs. This embeds a sustainable approach that safeguards vulnerable individuals by creating a home supported by identified, on-going, long-term demand. We have the resources to procure buildings when and where they are required. Once a building requirement has been requested, we will source a suitable scheme, purchase it and then redevelop to a specified specification.
